Undeliverable Packages
Sometimes one of our carriers brings an order back to iShopHeaters labeled undeliverable. When this happens, you must place another order if you still want the product. We will refund the total order plus shipping costs, but we cannot resend the item unless you place a new order.
You can do a few things to ensure that your order isn't returned as undeliverable:
- Make sure that the person receiving the item knows it's coming. If they aren't expecting the shipment, they may refuse the delivery if they think the package came in error.
- Give the full address when you place your order and make sure that it's accurate. If the carrier tries to deliver to the wrong address or to an address that doesn't exist, we will get the package back as undeliverable.
- In some instances, packages are undeliverable for reasons beyond iShopHeaters's or your control. An address may become unreadable during shipping, or the carrier may not ship to the address for other reasons.
